Boil spaghetti with the pumpkin seeds and peas until done. Drain and rinse. Add a couple of drizzles of grape seed oil, and some basil and parsley - or your herbs of choice.
Sauce: Add pre-cooked hamburger or other meat to a pot, add fresh spinach or 3 frozen compressed cubes of spinach to the pot, a can of mushrooms (or some fresh mushrooms), several large spoonfuls of green hummus, and a bit of water to thin.Add generously to spaghetti and top with some GF parmesan cheese.
